Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. As many of our products are handcrafted, slight delays may occur during peak demand periods.
Shipping Time
- Domestic deliveries: 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly at checkout. We strive to keep delivery accessible and transparent.
Packaging
We use environmentally responsible packaging materials wherever possible. Your order will arrive in recyclable or biodegradable packaging, aligned with our commitment to sustainability.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received an incorrect item
- The item is unused and in its original condition
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Approved returns may be picked up or shipped back as guided by our team.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
The amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item has been received and approved, subject to availability.
Additional Notes
Due to the natural materials used, slight variations in texture, color, or finish may occur. These are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.
